The Herb Garden is an herb nursery specializing in Culinary  herbs suited for the climate of Florida. While we do carry limited medicinal herbs as well as ornamental herbs, our focus is on the culinary herbs.  All our herbs are grown on premises using sustainable practices, natural fertilizers and  environmentally safe, non-toxic sprays, when necessary.

Located in Melrose, The Herb Garden has been supplying herbs to 'north central' Florida since 1989. You can find our herbs at Ward's Supermarket in Gainesville, The Melrose Community Farmer's Market and the Gainesville Downtown Farmer's Market.  The Herb Garden is a supporter of local, sustainable agriculture and a proud member of Gainesville Farm Fresh.

The Herb Garden participates in festivals throughout the area and our faithful customers always seem to catch us at one of these events. We are proud to host the Annual Fall Open House every October here at the nursery.
